Welcome to Demon Cricket Magnet Company! 

Greetings from historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania—home of the 1863 Civil War Battle—where what started as a simple product for my sister company, Metal Vistas, grew into something special.

In 2023 I created a small selection of 3-inch aluminum photo magnets, blending edited photography with digital art, capturing themes like battlefields and fantasy creatures. I only sold them at live events, but they became so popular that I created DC Magnets as its own venture to share these designs more widely. 

The name "Demon Cricket Magnet Company" stems from my black cat, Wally the Demon Cricket, a stray kitten rescued from a Gettysburg farm. Initially called "Waldo" for vanishing into shadows, his crazy chirping, spiked-out fur and his habit of hopping and pouncing soon earned him "Wally the Demon Cricket." Alternating between sweet and devilish, he’s now mostly called "Cricket", sometimes "Demon", occasionally "Splat" or "Chocolate Chunk", and his spirit infuses every aspect of this venture.

Care goes into every magnet we make, using dye sublimation to create clear, lasting images on specially prepared aluminum sheets, with strong neodymium magnets attached by industrial adhesive. Hopefully they reflect my dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

DC Magnets' collections span history, imagination, nature, and a bit of quirky humor, making each piece unique for decor or gifting.
